Teeth are something which are needed to have food daily, they help for us to chew the food, so that we can have our food.
We need to make sure our teeth are healthy and to this has to be taken care by ourselves.
Five tips:
- Don't ever skip brushing, make sure you brush twice for a day for at least two to three minutes. And change your brush every three months.
- Floss your teeth regularly, at least once a day. Or you can do flossing when food gets stuck in your teeth.
- To remove bacteria, you need to use appropriate mouthwash.
- For regular checkup and tooth cleaning you need to visit the dentist for every 6 months.
- In case you see any problem with your teeth, make sure you don’t delay the treatment.
