Teeth are something which are needed to have food daily, they help for us to chew the food, so that we can have our food.
We need to make sure our teeth are healthy and to this has to be taken care by ourselves.
Five tips:
- Brushing
- Brush twice a day:
- Once in the morning before eating.
- Once at night after dinner.
- Brush for 2-3 minutes (do not exceed).
- Use fluoridated toothpaste.
- Replace your toothbrush every 3 months.

- Flossing
- Floss at least once a day.
- Use floss to remove food particles stuck between teeth.
- Mouthwash
- Use a dentist-recommended mouthwash to remove bacteria.
- Regular Dental Checkups
- Visit your dentist every 6 months for:
- Regular checkups.
- Professional teeth cleaning.
- Do not delay treatment if you notice any dental issues.
- Visit your dentist every 6 months for:
- Healthy Diet
- Maintain a diet rich in calcium (e.g., milk, cheese, yogurt) and vitamins (e.g., fruits, vegetables).
