Very nice product. Even quite easy to use, but for any new user it will take few weeks time (in some cases- few months) to get accustomed to use their OTG to full throttle. In the initial days food may not get cooked according to your need as the customer/user might think it as a microwave. But that's where the difference lies between a microwave & OTG !! Me too after 6 months of usage; am now an expert with cooking all sorts of delicacies! Items like cakes, biscuits, cookies, pizza, pie, as well as all baked items are very well cooked in this OTG. You just need to get accustomed to your OTG.... and once that period is over, you are an expert with cooking all sort of yummy delicacies! - Vishaalsingh
