IT worker sues boss for sending xx on work email, claims it is sexual harassment

Be careful about what you send on work email as you never know how your co-workers or boss might perceive them. Recently, an IT worker sued her boss for sending xx on emails. In millennial lingo, xx means hugs and kisses, something that we use only on WhatsApp or text messages, primarily for friends, family members and loved ones. However, when the female employee received it from her boss on the work email, she was not very happy about it.
