Consistent with PM Modi’s India…: Kapil Sibal snipes at govt over revisions in NCERT textbooks

In a veiled attack on the Centre, Rajya Sabha MP Kapil Sibal on Wednesday disparaged the decision to drop lessons on Mughal courts from the National Council of Educational Research and Training (NCERT) books. Taking to Twitter, Sibal snidely remarked that in keeping with Prime Minister Narendra Modi's India, modern Indian history should start from 2014, when the BJP came to power at the Centre.
