According to Russian media reports, Mikhail Mizintsev, who was also termed as the ‘Butcher of Mariupol’ has been removed as the Russian deputy defence minister. After the reports of Mizintsev being sacked as deputy defence minister of Russia, one of his videos went viral on social media in which he acknowledged that they executed 93 unarmed people in civilian clothes in Mariupol. Mikhail Mizintsev is under international sanctions from the European Union, the UK and a number of other countries.
