  • 1-2 tablespoons palm sugar or brown sugar (adjust to taste)
  • 1 tablespoon dried shrimp (optional)
  • 1/4 cup green beans, cut into 1-inch pieces (optional)

Instructions:

  • Prepare the Green Mango:
    • Peel the green mangoes and cut them into thin julienne strips. You can use a julienne peeler or a sharp knife for this. Place the julienned mangoes in a large mixing bowl.
    • If using carrots, julienne them as well and add them to the bowl with the mangoes.
  • Prepare the Dressing:
    • In a small bowl, combine lime juice, fish sauce (or soy sauce) and palm sugar. Stir until the sugar is completely dissolved.
